We had a group of 7 that drove from the South End to eat at this place, only because my step dad was from New Orleans, and he wanted some of his food he missed...Trust me, it was terrible. First, we wanted some of the crawfish, and they told us no, it was only for people who made reservations. Second, the food was terrible. Honestly, it was disgusting. I had a po' boy oyster sandwich, and it tasted like sour mustard. Then, to top it off, the salad they had on the side was mixed with corn, potato salad and leaf salad. It literally tasted like rubbing alcohol. I took one bite and spit it out. This salad comes with all the po' boy entres. NO ONE in our group ate more than 1/3rd of their meals. To top it off, the service was bad. We had to ask for napkins and silverware.This might be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Afterwards, out group went to McDonalds, and all enjoyed the best meal of the day.It was NOT authentic at all.
